For SABIC's European Customer Service Center located in Bergen op Zoom, we are looking for an 'Project Administrator'.

€ 2,900.00 13th month 5.12% ADV

Bergen op Zoom

  • Bachelors degree in engineering
  • Experience as project engineer is a plus
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of discipline technical principles related to chemical plants is a plus
  • Knowledge of internal engineering systems and tools

SABIC Bergen op Zoom is recommissioning its PPE plant which has been shutdown in 2014. As project administrator you will be part of the turnover and commissioning of the PPE plant.

  • Review walkdown planning and inform System owners on walkdown dates
  • Provide feedback to the commissioning planner for any changes on the schedule in case of a hand over delay
  • Inform the operations team that commissioning systems have been hand over to perform a walk the line (Punch)
  • Organize walk the line for subsystems for erection completion
  • Administer punch items raised from the walk the lines. (This is done by MC+ admin he can get access to the system)
  • Lead weekly system status meeting with project team turnover manager, SABIC commissioning manager and other stakeholders to discuss status and priorities of systems and provide feedback on commissioning status. (Issue Minutes of meeting).
