This position is in the Global Connected Service division in Eindhoven. So you have to work on-site in Eindhoven and it is NOT possible to work at home. We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative employee. In this position, you are expected to handle all enquiries related to the DAF Connect Service from customers, DAF Dealers and markets.
The DAF Connect service is a truck connectivity service offered to DAF vehicle owners. The service also includes an online portal and app, which customers can use to access data relating to their fleet.
Alongside your duties you are expected to ensure that customers have a good Customer Experience when interacting with the support team at different stages of the customer journey.

€3000 - €3500 bruto/ month


37,5 hours a week (from 8-16 or 9-17)

Requirements (Experience & Qualifications) :

  • University level qualification or equivalent
  • Languages: English, German, and French fluently are mandatory
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Experience/Knowledge of the Trucking Industry preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handling the customer/dealer/market enquiries relating to the Connected Truck for all the products and services that DAF Connect offers
  • Supporting key customer processes surrounding the DAF Connect services
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Case investigation for complex enquiries
  • Ensuring the customer/dealer/market has an optimal Customer interaction when requesting support from the DAF Connect support team
  • Is a DAF Connect brand ambassador

You will be working in a small, nice team at DAF Connect. Together with your colleagues, you have to make sure that customers have a good Customer Experience at different stages of the customer journey.
