As a Swedish customer service representative you will be the voice of the company. You will help the customers with any questions or concerns they may have. You truly listen and come up with relevant questions in order to efficiently help the customers.
- You support customers by interacting with them via phone, mail and social media;
- You think outside the box and are creative in offering the right solution.
