You need to have experience within the customer service work environment. Working on an strict planning is something that gives you great satisfaction. You are a perfectionist and have a good sense for detail. Because you are going to be in contact with a lot of the organizations customers, you have to be an open minded person. Keeping in touch and taking extra care for them has to be something that comes naturally for you.

The main language that will be used within this company is English. For this function you also need to have a good communicative skills in French OR Spanish.

  • At least one year of experience within the customer service working field
  • You have to speak (near) native French OR Spanish
  • You have to deal with multiple tasks at once and be accurate
  • Good skills within the digital working environment
  • You have to be a team player!

First of all, your main task within this position is customer care. You will handle first line questions where you give the customer the answers they need. Placing orders and other administrative tasks will be something you do on the daily. After you have mastered these tasks, there will be new ones added that will make you the best customer specialist within the organization.

  • Handling incoming phone calls,
  • Tracking different shipments,
  • Making sure that customer requests and sales related questions will be answered,
  • Supporting the various departments,
  • Collecting information about samples among other things.
