You have already gained experience in the customer service and you really enjoy doing this. You have good communication skills in French and English and you know how to create the best experience for the customer. You are also flexible. Furthermore, H&M ensures that you develop your talents through on-site training for 3 weeks. In addition, you will immediately receive a contract with H&M incl. a minimum salary of €11,47 gross per hour, surcharge on Sundays of 50% and for the shopaholics among us, 20% discount on online purchases and 25% discount in German and Belgian H&M stores!

As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for properly handling customer questions and complaints. Your day is all about customer satisfaction and customer service. You will ensure that online customers also remain customers at H&M and you will do this together with your team in the Dutch department. You are available to work during the day, evenings and weekends. H&M offers its customers contact options from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 9 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.

You will be working an internationnaly known company. Your training starts on location in Maastricht and lasts 3 weeks. After that it is possible to work from home, but if necessary, you don't mind working on location.

  • You are available full-time for the 3 week training starting from 05-09-2022, 03-10-2022 or 01-11-2022.
  • You are available for an assessment held every thursday from 09:00-12:00 (the recruiters from H&M will get in contact with you for agreeing on a date)
