We are looking for people who are eager to develop a career in Human Resources in an international environment.

  • A degree (bachelor or master) in HR or any related field.
  • You have a customer focused mindset, a talent for data interpretation and a passion for people.
  • You have great presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You speak both English and an additional European language preferably: German, French, Spanish or Italian,
  • You are living or willing to move within a commuting distance of Terneuzen.

In Talent Acquisition you will be contributing in our efforts to source and recruit the best talent for Dow. In HR Advisory you will be responsible for handling HR queries from employees in our region in an efficient and effective manner. In both roles you will get to know the HR organization in Dow including its different disciplines: Pay-rolling, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits and Talent & Learning. You will develop as an HR professional by building your network, knowledge, skills and experience. Based on your interest, ambition and talent, you will be offered the opportunity to further develop within Dow HR.
