Being Assistant you need to have a very flexible, service-oriented and pro-active mindset, always one step ahead, knowing what is important and required.

As a PA to 3 Directors within current organization set up, you'll be providing efficient and excellent support and act with integrity and speed. You will have multiple, often simultaneous, that will include managing calendars containing internal and external meetings, all the administrative activities, workshops and events (like Townhall, etc.), (video) conferences and (last minute) travelling arrangements.
In a smooth and discrete way, you build relationships that are crucial for the success of the organization. As such, you carry out the role of 'gatekeeper', as well as the role of 'gateway'.

  • Calendar management (manage multiple complex calendars)
  • Travel management (book & support in travel of directors)
  • Meetings and events coordination (Book rooms/locations, team meetings, workshops etc.)
  • Purchasing process management (support in raising and tracking POs, vendors creation)
  • Office management (e.g. digital filing etc.)• Administration (support in expenses, holidays etc.)
