You will be the first point of contact and source of information for the clients, representing the company.
More specifically;
- You will have B2B and B2C contact.
- You will provide information about delivery issues to the clients.
- You will be responsible for communicating pricing changes with the clients.
- You will answer questions, provide information and advise clients about the company's products and materials.
- You will provide after sales support for customer complaints, returns, installation problems, payment problems and other matters.
- You will be empowered to handle client's complaints, after registering appropriately, following company's guidelines.
