As a Senior Workforce Administration Representative, you have working experience in Human Resources or Relocation operations. Furthermore, you have excellent social skills and you are being able to interact effectively with different people from inside and outside the organization.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A minimum of an bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent command over English language and ability to speak at least 1-2 additional major EU language would a plus.
  •  Experience in Relocation end-to-end operation including knowledge of immigration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) – being able to clearly and concisely present complex findings, (sometimes needing to translate the data), for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change easily.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and being able to find root cause to prevent future repeatable issues.

The Senior Workforce Administration Relocation Representative will be responsible for daily operations of various workforce administration and relocation activities and participate in projects of new Relocation and/or Workforce Administration enhancement. This role will partner regionally within Workforce Administration and Relocation, across HR function, people leaders and significant collaboration with external relocation vendor partner.

Other tasks are:

  • Managing Relocation end-to-end operations.
  • Acting as an end-to-end relocation focal point for HR function, leaders and moving employees, while managing the flow of communication and hand-offs between impacted parties.
  • Functioning as primary point-of-contact for relocation related workforce administration inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees and people leaders.
  • Operating globally as the subject matter expert in the Relocation representative space.
  • Understanding and collaborating with the Relocation vendor, including expertise within the vendor’s IT systems.
  • Engaging as the liaison between the client and vendor regarding authorizations, pre-decision counselling, and cost estimate requests.
  • Partner on a regular basis across HR Solutions, including the payroll team in regard to expatriate global pay.
  • Participating in projects that will introduce new Workforce Administration and/or Relocation enhancements, and partner with HRIT to document/update design docs.
