Within the team of DAF, we are currently looking for Mig-mag welders! At DAF Trucks in the metal factory, metal parts are produced for the trucks. As a welder you are in charge of making these parts. You are going to work with technical drawings and there is also a possibility to work with a welding robot.

DAF has an own bus that you can use
You can not just become a welder at DAF Trucks. Therefore you need the right (mig/mag) diplomas to weld here. You also need to be able to work in three shifts. The morning shift is: 07.00 - 15.30; The evening shift is: 15.30 - 00.00; The night shift is: 00.00-07.00 .

- Operate the welding Robot
- Read technical drawings
- Deburring the metal
Within the welding group of DAF you are working in a technical environment. You are together responsible for the quality of the truck parts and are continuously improving the products. The welding group also needs to make enough parts for all the trucks. That is why this department also is production minded.
