We are looking for a Talent Mobility Coordinator. It is a full time position for 6 months, with 50% chance of renewal. The office is located in Amsterdam.

We are looking for a Tech Savvy with at least basic knowledge of HRIS/ATS/Mobility/Tableau tools. You have got to be eager to expand your data and analysis skills.

The requirements are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in internal mobility, human resources or people/recruiting operations
  • You have to live in the Netherlands, so that you are able to visit the office
  • You are customer-focused, business & consultative minded, with the ability to quickly build relationships by establishing trust, respect, competence, and confidence with internal stakeholders
  • You have a strategic and consultative mindset with advanced interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs, while remaining creative and innovative
  • You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with professional and managerial level staff

As part of the Talent Mobility team, the Talent Mobility Coordinator will coordinate and
support operational day-to-day activities of the talent mobility programs at Uber, manage internal partners to perform and deliver great service to mobility team internal
stakeholders, and maintain data integrity/reporting to support mobility for the future.

Some of your responsibilities are:

  • Identify mobility operational inefficiency and seek solutions
  • Manage JIRA and Service Now queries from various stakeholders to ensure a great stakeholder experience
  • Advocate and educate talent mobility policy and process across the company
  • Ensure appropriate records, files, databases and team playbooks are maintained
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on improving discrepancies within internal mobility policies and processes
  • Leverage internal partners to provide an excellent experience to internal stakeholders and manage their performance and deliverables
  • Resolve escalated exception requests from recruiters, HRBPs and employees
  • Advocate and educate talent mobility policy and process across the company

You will be joining the EMEA team. The team consists of 3 Talent Mobility Business partners, 1 Global Relocation Manager and 1 other Talent Mobility Coordinator.
In total the Global team (based in Singapore and the US) have 35 people including Immigration Specialists.
