For a global company located in Sittard, we are looking for a Technical Support Analyst for the German / French market. This company is a world leader in technical solutions! Their job is to optimize solutions for digital communication. Not only software solutions but also the hardware installation, will be guided during the whole process from beginning till assembling the screens.

You will start asap with your new job as Support Analyst. You have experience in Technical Support and are IT educated or highly interested in IT. You don't mind working in shifts.

  • IT Education (MBO/ Secondary) pre;
  • Good in English (written and spoken, French and German are preferred not required);
  • Knowledge of CRM and Helpdesk Pro is an advantage;
  • Good communicative skills;
  • Hands-on mentality;
  • You don't mind working in shifts.

You will be the first line support for the client. You will analyze customer queries, and you will provide the best advise regarding technical questions. You will help to solve various issues such as outage, configuration and installation of the software.

  • Technical Support by e-mail and telephone;
  • Answer questions,
  • Recognize problems and offering solutions;
  • Monitoring deadlines;
  • Maintaining the customer database.

You will be working at the European headquarter. Your department and team will consist of international colleagues.
