As a customer service representative you're responsible for all (prospective) customers. You handle inquiries and complaints correctly by Phone, fax or e-mail. You will also be responsible for sales- , technical- and product issues.

You are the first and most important point of contact and you are the most important link between customer and organization.

You always strive for perfect customer service. You have great communication skills and are able to communicate in English and German. You always have your eyes on the result and you are stress resistant. Do you also have a laptop? That would be a bonus!

For this position you will start the either in December or January. During the first few weeks, you'll follow an intensive training

  • You're fluently in the German and English language (Written and spoken);

You will be the most important point of contact and you will act as a brand ambassador.
