Office in Sittard
You are multilingual in English and German and have excellent communication skills. You already have some experience in customer service and feel comfortable speaking to international clients. Working with different computer systems and administrative tasks are nothing new for you! Furthermore, you are available between 20 and 30 hours per week.

- MBO or HBO study diploma
- Good knowledge of working with MS Office
You will make sure payments are collected on time. You will either do this by phone or email. If a client has an overdue payment, you will investigate the situation and will collaborate towards a solution. Therefore you know how to handle complaints and you will register these correctly.
You will also be in charge of paying compensation to customers. You will record everything in the correct systems and will follow up on the case until the payment is collected.
