This international biotechnological company aims to improve the life of people with serious (chronic) diseases, by providing suitable medication and treatments. The company started on a small scale, but has evolved into an internationally renowned name in the medical sector. With its head office in Naarden, but active in the whole world, this company had been involved in the treatment of patients in more than 100 countries.
Your new Job
As (administrative) Health Care Operations Associate you will work at the Meeting & Events Department. Together with a team of international colleagues you will be responsible for the for timely and accurate project administration relating to Health Care Professionals / Health Care Operations (HCP/HCO) engagements for event related activities. You coordinate the activities relating to HCP/HCO engagement for event related services, from initial invitation through to contract co-ordination, Naya transparency approval requests, co-ordination of contract signature, financial approvals and post-event invoicing and disclosure.
Currently the company is based in Naarden, but at the end of 2018 they will move to Amsterdam. You will work in a international team of associates. The company is active worldwide and its clients and suppliers are very international. This means you will work together with people from multiple cultural backgrounds!
Are you our new Health Care Operations Associate?
∙ You have at least 3 years similar experience in event/project administrations
∙ You are fluent in English
∙ You have a positive spirit and thrive in an administrative role
∙ You have preferably experience with the Naya system
