In this position you will be deployed for the project for the Belgian market where you will perform first-line customer work for Bol.com. You will do this via telephone, email and chat. Due to corona, extra online orders are currently taking place. The moment you notice that an order cannot be delivered at the agreed time, it is up to you to solve this in consultation with the customer. Because you are deployed for customers from Belgium, command of the French language is a must.

Your job is completely from home. The next start date is October 20 and November 10.

As a customer service employee, you are the first point of contact for French-speaking customers from Belgium of the web giant Bol.com. In this position you will be deployed for the project for the Belgian market in which you have administrative tasks, e-mail and telephone customer contact. So nice variation!

To get started as a customer service employee for Bol.com, you will have the following characteristics:

  • you are available full-time for 1 week for the training sessions. These are completely in English.
  • preferably you have some experience with personal or telephone customer contact.
  • you speak and write at least fluent French (B2 level).
  • you also speak english to be able to follow the training and communicate with the supervisors.
  • you have the option to work from home.
  • you have a social and solution-oriented personality.
  • you are available full-time for the 10-day training.
  • you are fully available from mid-November to the end of December.

From Teleperformance you will be deployed on the Bol.com project for the Belgian market. There are currently a lot of online orders taking place. Your work consists of administrative tasks associated with these online orders. Have you noticed that a delivery does not take place at the agreed time? It is up to you to contact the customer to resolve this and to make new agreements. Of course you record this carefully and you contribute to high customer satisfaction. In addition, you also pick up incoming calls, which are mainly aimed at providing a good service.

For this position you will work completely from home, so you can do all work from home. Within Teleperformance, this team is seen as informal and involved.

Due to the targeted training of 5 days and 5 days of calling under supervision, you know all the ins and outs and you know how to solve all customer questions to the full satisfaction of the customer.
