- You're ready to start from the 1st of November,
- You're fluently in the German and English language, written and spoken;

You will be the first point of contact for the German customers. And you will create an excellent customer experience for them.
- German communication by phone, email and chat;
- Provide information regarding orders and payments.
You will work in the customer service center in Maastricht. For now, depending the current situation, you will start working from home. After the training period in the office, homeworking could be an option as well, depending the current situation.
Openings hours: Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 21.00 o'clock
Saturday and Sunday: 09.00 - 17.00 o'clock
