As a Customer Care Specialist you are responsible for all (prospective) customers. You handle inquiries and complaints correctly by phone and/or e-mail for the entire range of Mercedes Benz vehicles. You will also be responsible for technical- and product issues.

In your role as Customer Care Specialist you are the most important link between Mercedes and their customer.

Perfect Customer Service is what you strive for. You help our customers in French and have good knowledge of English. You have your eyes on a positive solution for our clients and you have no difficulty remaining calm during this process.

For this position you will start on the 1st of December. First you will start with 3 weeks of training and after that a buddy will get assigned to you.

  • You are native or near native French with a fluency in English
  • You have good communication skills and you are customer oriented
  • Good written & verbal skills

You will be the most important point of contact for our Mercedes customers. With your love for our brand you will act as a good brand ambassador.
