Are you a (near) native German speaker, who is looking for a new job in the customer service field? We are looking for you! As a customer service representative for the German speaking market, you will be working at an internationally renowned company, for the duration of at least 1 year, in the area of Eindhoven.
Nice to know: you can work remotely for most of the week, and go to the office once or twice per week.

Who are you, as the perfect candidate for this role?

  • You speak German on a (near) native level, and English fluently;
  • You have previous customer facing experience, preferably in an office, logistics, shipping, or export environment;
  • You like solving problems, and have affinity with complex products;
  • You live in the vicinity of Eindhoven.

As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for among others: the effective processing and logistics flow of the total order process in a selection of regions and customer satisfaction within the EMEA Order Management Team.

  • Offices in Eindhoven, but you can work from home some days, and go to the office once or twice per week!
  • Training on site for the first 3-4 weeks, for 2-3 days per week.
