Voor een internationale medische organisatie in Hoevelaken, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren HR Officer. Heb jij minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie en ben jij op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging? Voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, kun jij in deze uitdagende rol op korte termijn aan de slag!

Het is een internationale organisatie, met het hoofdkantoor in Hong Kong. De functieomschrijving en takenpakket is dan ook in het Engels hieronder. Let wel: de beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is ook een eis!

The HR Officer must have broad knowledge of and experience in Human Resources and
well-developed communication skills. He/she must possess the ability to develop constructive responses to the Human Resources needs of the Company. Four or more years of Human Resources experience is essential as is a relevant education. Proficient communication and negotiation skills in both Dutch and English are essential.

As an HR Officer, you're job is to assist in making HR policies, procedures and programs, which ensure correct, fair and legally consistent treatment of all employees. The compensation programs throughout the company, need to be effective and equitable.
It is also important to communicate and plan company wide programs that contribute to employee morale, commitment, productivity and effectiveness. For example: orientation and training programs for new employees, career development, employee assistance, service and contribution awards.

You have knowledge about the applicable social security laws, - directives and -regulations in the Netherlands and are able to ensure the HR programs are compliant with these.

Within the company there is also a lot of room for development, personal and work related. In this role you can assist in developing and executing of effective and efficient programs of sourcing, recruitment, selection and placement of candidates throughout the company. You are able to write job descriptions, the scope of the responsibilities, the major tasks and the requirements of the jobs.
You can also assist in planning and developing management training and education programs, including team building, conflict resolutions, effective communication and management development for the employees. Lastly you will participate in payroll administration.
