  • You have 2 years of customer service experience in an international company
  • You have excellent computer skills & good knowledge of Windows
  • You have a customer-centric mindset & the ability to deliver in a time-dependent and process-oriented environment.
  • Provide B2B customer service & technical support
  • Propose solutions and improvements when needed and follow up till resolution
  • Improve quality of customer service
  • Master all products deliveries
