As an Inside sales specialist you are responsible for the German market. You ensure that your customers are satisfied both internally and externally. You have daily contact with leads about contracts. You ensure that they renew or upgrade their contract.
You have regular contact with your colleagues and you make appointments for your field colleagues. You are also analytical and you prepare forecasts. You switch quickly with your colleagues from different departments to coordinate processes. You like to work efficiently and quickly master a process.

  • You contact (potential) B2B customers via the CRM system or leads that come in via marketing
  • You pass on good leads to your colleagues from the field and are responsible for a correct follow up.
  • You have contact with customers to renew their service contracts or to introduce an extra service (upselling)
  • You are the first point of contact for channel partners and field colleagues for commercial information
