Production employee two shifts

Wow! Look at this! You are going to be part of creating the Mini Hatch, Mini Cabrio, Mini Countryman and BMW X1. How cool is that? You are going to be part of this amazing process as a production employee at VDL Nedcar in Born. As a production employee at VDL Nedcar in Born you will be part of this amazing process. You will work full-time and in two shifts.

• You are available immediately for a minimum of 4 months and possibly longer;
• You would like to work in 2 shifts;
• You have your own car/transport;
• You speak English, Dutch or German to understand the work instructions.

As a production employee you build parts in, on and around the car. One of your tasks could be assembling the dashboard or door panels, building an engine block or tinkering with the rear axle. You ensure that all car parts are properly connected. When the car leaves your department, it is almost completely assembled.

You and your colleagues are faced with high quality requirement and high time pressure during your work. As a production employee you will perform intensive physical work. On an average working day, you perform the same action about 200 times in a row.
This can be done by bending over, working above your head or by crawling into the Mini yourself. Therefore it is important that you are not less than 1.65 or taller than 1.94. All this hard work ensures that you build a close relationship with your colleagues. Together you will achieve the production numbers!
