In order to start working at CEVA as a customer service employee, you must at least meet the following points:
- Experience in customer contact
- A professional command of English
- You can deal with automated systems and MS Excell
As a customer service employee you will be first person of contact. Through mail, telephone and other systems you'll keep track on incoming orders. You'll report common issues within this process to keep the distribution process ongoing. With your skills you're able to help each customer with the questions they have. More easy said, for every questions you can provide an answer.
Also, you maintain continuous contact with customers to manage expectations and discuss progress. You will work a lot with your colleagues in the customer service department, the warehouse, external service providers (such as transporters and suppliers) and of course your customers!
CEVA logistics is located in Maarssen and that is also where you as customer service employee will work. The positives are:
