You are a Logistics Administrator who understands the need to work well with others to achieve Department goals. Your most important stakeholders are the DC planning team, Customer Service teams and store operations. Furthermore:

  • Communicate shipments status with planning and CS teams and store
  • operations Investigate incomplete deliveries;
  • Control transport invoices and submit claims;
  • Support in resolving issues with carrier;
  • Communicating with teams across Europe about orders and shipments;
  • Prioritize orders in cooperation with warehouse team;
  • Contact all parties involved in case of exceptions during transportation and checking transport invoices;
  • Follow up on high costs and support in statistical review
