You can be the next customer service agent that enables H&M to strive to optimal success by keeping online customers who have troubles or questions with their online shopping experience satisfied. Do you like to provide the best customer service for the German market? Are you eager to learn and not afraid of changes? Do you have an excellent command of the German language and also a good command of the English language?

  • You're ready to start from the 19th of April or the 24th of May;
  • You're fluently in the German and English language,
  • written and spoken;
  • Representative for the German market;
  • Customer minded.

You will be the first point of contact for the German customer. And you will create an excellent customer experience for them.

  • German communication by phone, email and chat;
  • Provide information regarding orders and payments.

You will work in the customer service center in Maastricht. For now, depending the current situation, you will start working from home. After the (digital) training period, homeworking could be an option as well, depending the current situation.

Openings hours: Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 21.00 o'clock
Saturday and Sunday: 09.00 - 17.00 o'clock
