CUSTOMER SERVICE | POLISH AND ENGLISH | FULL TIME POSITION IN BREDA

Are you customer and service focused? Do you have strong communication and problem solving skills? Do you speak fluently Polish and English? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for a customer service candidate who can start ASAP at our client in Breda.

Gross month salary €2.300-€2.700 (40 hour/week)

Temporary contract Prospect of permanent contract

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or sales
  • Native level Polish + business level English
  • You have the ability to shift between tasks in a dynamic environment and work within diverse,international group of people
  • You have problem solving skills, and have the ability to set priorities and timely escalation
  • Experienced in working with automated systems (computer bases business systems) like MS-Office
  • Experience with issue handling in a Supply Chain environment

You work at the back office of the Customer Service department. You are the first point of contact for customers, affiliates and local service providers via phone or email. You discuss, accept, enter and follow up on customer service complaints. Also you will work on the order management. You execute track and trace on daily basis and provide departmental support upon request and identify and initiate process improvements.

  • Unique first point of contact for customers, affiliates and Local Service Providers (LSPs)
  • Call- and mail handling with Customers, affiliates and LSPs
  • Develops and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
  • Exchanges complex information with customers to solve problems within the procedures and/or provide ongoing support to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Discusses, accepts, enters and follows up on customer service complaints.
  • Identifies & Initiates process improvements to decrease number of service complaints
  • Executes track and trace on daily basis, follows up on delays, and signs off reports
