Currently we are looking for multilingual customer service agents for multiple projects (Canada Goose, Lenovo and Symantic). As a customer service agent, you will answer inbound multilingual calls about the purchase and use of a wide range of products, depending on the project of interest. In order to be an expert you will get a intensive training of 10 days (office hours) before helping your first customer. In addition, there are no sales targets, it is ALL about helping the customer to solve his question or issue. Furthermore, you will work in a small team in an international company.
- You have a native level in Dutch/ French/ Italian or British English
- Opening hours are from Monday until Friday between 9h and 21h, Saturday and Sunday 10h till 18h. The training will be the first 2 weeks from Monday to Friday from 9h to 17h.
- You are able to work between 24 - 40 hours per week
