Our client is a young company who start their business in 1995. Since 2007, they experienced a major growth. The company holds a few websites where they are selling house equipment worldwide. They also supply electronic components and spare parts for the repair industry. They are now well established in he Netherlands, Germany and France.
In this role as a Customer Service Representative you are going to manage all incoming questions of the France customers by phone and email. You are going to learn everything about the company's products so you can help and advice (potential) customers with their purchase and you make sure customers can retour their products in a safe and quick way.
If you enjoy smaller offices, that are less crowded and where every employee is treated like family, this is a job for you.
The company offers a salary around €12,- per hour, depending on your experience. There is a lot of room for new ideas and growth opportunities. The first contract is through Randstad.
To fit the job you have:
- Affinity with online products, online marketing knowledge is a plus
- Excellent writing and communicative skills in French on a native level, in combination with very good English
- In terms of personality you know how to remain calm under pressure and you are excellent in providing service
Our client is looking for someone available full time, but could accept part time if you are available at least 4 mornings a week and Fridays
