YOUR WORKPLACE
The company produces many different types work platforms and cranes. At the office in Roosendaal there are 40 employees which makes it an intimate work environment where everyone knows and helps one another where possible. Colleges could be described as social, driven, passionate and with a positive state of mind. Most employees are native speaking from all around the world.

THE POSITION
Customer service should come naturally to you. You always have to do everything possible to make the customer feel good about any situation that might come forth. In a team of two people you will take all responsibility for the region Italia. Off course you will also assist the general customer service department if the need is to arise.

You main task is to coordinate order fulfillment and response to customer requirements. Not only will you be helping customers, you will also support the sales managers in their daily tasks. Tasks such as deciphering of customer needs and requirements, communications with customers for satisfaction follow-up. Furthermore you will manage customer accounts and develop trusted relationships with prospective customers. Essentially you are the link in the company between product, sales, and service.

REQUIREMENTS
Most important aspect of this position is that you have a passion to work with customers and assisting sales managers. You are the first impression of the company and will be the last one people remember when looking back at their experiences here. (Near) native speaking in Italian is a must with a minimum of 2 years of experience within customer service and export.

Important personality traits are: good time management, a proven track record in a high pressure environment and a positive mindset and a high energy level. When starting this job there will be a thoughral product training to get you started.
