We are looking for a service oriented Technical Support Representative.
As a Technical Support Representative you offer first line Digital CX support to B2B customers, partners and colleagues. You will be the first contact and the link between users and the development team from CX company. Thanks to your support representative experience and your personality are you able to raise the bar of the support team to a higher level.
Your day as a technical support representative will exist of responding to questions, requests and problems received via their ticketing system or email. One of your main tasks is to ensure users are receiving prompt and efficient support and answers. Besides that you use your knowledge and available tools for analyzing and investigate issues. Your excellent knowledge of English and proficiency in Excel in combination with your patients and ability to balance between multiple tasks makes you a good Technical Support Representative.
