Astrata Europe is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, experienced, motivated, articulate, and positive Telemarketing Agent. You will be generating leads, cold contacting potential customers and generate appointments in support of the Sales Team. In addition, there will also be an opportunity to perform self-generated ‘web sales’. You will be supported by a central lead generation effort and will be provided with a laptop and headset. The hours are flexible, however you must be able to call during the local business hours. The job can be performed from home. You will receive a base salary and a very attractive Sales Incentive based on success.
- Generate qualified appointments with potential customers by,
- Cold calling prospective customers based on a provided list of companies and stakeholders,
- Conducting detailed data research on prospects in the focus and gathering relevant company information such as fleet size, organizational structure, financial background and other information,
- Analyzing this data and qualifying prospect against the relevant criteria. Reaching out to selected prospects by telephone, introducing Astrata Europe and our services, ultimately to arrange appointments for the Sales Representatives.
Skills and experience:
- Fluent in English and French
- A persistent, results driven person that doesn’t take rejection personal,
Strong analytical skills,
- Cold calling skills,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Experience with CRM systems.

You will receive a direct contract at Astrata Europe. Astrata Europe offers a comprehensive benefits package. You will receive a salary of 2.500 euro and a very attractive Sales Incentive based on success.
