The training will be paid for by KPN.
You will begin your job together with others and together you will be responsible for the Chinese helpdesk. At the Chinese helpdesk you will help tourists that use the products of KPN, in order to take full advantage of the internet and the mobile network of KPN, during their stay in the Netherlands, Europe and even the United States! Helping other people to optimally enjoy the products of KPN is one of your tasks!
Have you become fired with enthusiasm? Then you would want to be informed about the following:
You will start your job by undergoing training and after that you will work for a at least 20 hours a week (more is possible). The desk is open 24/7, which means that nightshifts could also be part of the job, all in consultation with KPN. Your starting salary is €11,75 per hour (extra’s not included).
