We are looking for Customer Experience employees for a retail brand in the center of Amsterdam.
For this function in the customer service department, we are looking for GERMAN and FRENCH speaking employees. Knowledge of the Dutch and English language is also important. Furthermore, it is important that you are customer-oriented and have a pleasant telephone voice. We are looking for candidates with preferably a diploma in higher education (equivalent to the Dutch HBO or WO) and experience in having direct contact with customers in a company with high service standards.
Your responsibilities are:
• You receive and respond to customer requests from the help desk via telephone and social media.
• You help with the returns and guarantees and ensure that the process runs smoothly.
• You help the extra departments to improve the retention and sales discussion.
You will be working in a young, fun team. There is a relaxed, informal atmosphere with a pleasant 'vrijdagmiddagborrel' and regular team building activities.
The work will last for about three months and you can work flexibly in different shifts: Monday to Saturday is either from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm. On a Sunday it is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you do it very well, you may be able to stay longer! If you are available for less than three months this is also negotiable. The salary is between €10 and €12 gross per hour, depending on age, experience and the number of languages you speak.
