Randstad is, on behalf of Reed Business Information, looking for a full-time Technical Service Desk Employee with IT knowledge.

Reed Business Information focuses on 2 sectors in the Netherlands: tax and HR, the Nextens and XpertHR brands.

Your Responsibility

- Handling of all incoming customer contacts by phone and mail according to the one-time fix principle with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and retention. These questions are in software functional, software technical and access questions.
- Administration: Link customer questions to the correct account, contact person, categorize by content and assign them to the right support team or employee. Register actions taken and the result of self-processed customer questions
- Analysing problems related to customer demand. By means of an analysis of the problems, a technical conclusive answer. Written formulation of technical findings

You maintain intensive contact with your Support and Development colleagues and you work together on your knowledge of the various modules within Fiscal software.


Who are we looking for?

You are educated on HBO level, preferably in ICT. You have a knowledge of IT related issues and a good analytical and customer oriented mindset. Next to that, you have demonstrable experience in the field of customer contact by telephone and email. If you have knowledge of the operation of financial or tax software packages this is considered a plus.

For this position, it is essential that you have an excellent command of both Dutch and English and a good command of Microsoft operating systems, browsers and SQL basis. If you happen to have experience with Salesforce this is also considered an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

You will get the opportunity to work at a leading information and analysis provider and FTSE-100 company. You will receive a contract via Randstad and work fulltime (37,5 hours). You will receive a salary of around €2669,- gross per month and if you have to travel to the office, there will be a reimbursement for travel of €0,19 per km between 10 and 40 kilometer single journey. This is a temporary opportunity until 1st May 2021.
