We are looking for a Voice Specialist for JDE untill 1 dec 2021 for 40 hours a week.
What are you going to do:
Manage the voice activities (mobile and fixed) for JDE in The Netherlands. Liaise with our voice partners.
Assistance in simple network related tasks will occur on time-to-time basis. Also fixing working desk related issues in factory and offices is part of the activities.
Combining data sets in excel to find inefficiencies in cost drivers.
Managing the complete voice NL landscape. This means that all requests should be processed correctly so the department can be supportive to the business.
Responsible for the correctness of all telecom data. Such as telephone numbers (fixed and mobile), telecom hardware, various invoices. Making sure requests are logged and document processes. Make sure everything is registered accurate and documented in accurateway.
Making sure the department is manned during business hours to support the business. This means that customers can reach us and request will be dealt with following our SLA. Keeping the business satisfied.
Creating manuals and guidelines which support our business with the use oftelecom facilitates. This can be useful tips how to gain more from for example the mobile phone. Communicate in a user friendly an understandable way.
Work as cost efficient as possible. Always keep cost in mind and work according our ZBB policies. Stay below our agreed AOP.
Making sure you represent JDE in a professional way.
- 1-2 years of working experience in service role.
- International experience is not required.
- Speaking English and Dutch is a must.
- Various IT support skills are a pro.
- Flexibility and working under pressure a must.
