The company is a fast growing electric vehicle producer. With a head office in the Netherlands, a manufacturing plant in Thailand and several final assembly locations, it is providing fun and friendly electric tuk tuks (e-tuks) to the global market.
To further continue its growth, our client is recruiting a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to join the team in Diemen and lead the vehicles and parts logistics operations.
Make sure that the ordering of the e-tuks from the plant and their delivery to the customers are done smoothly and timings are respected (incl. appropriate documentation).
Insure that services parts are ordered, stocked and delivered to customers efficiently in terms of timings and costs control.
Insure that local assembly parts inventory is under control and that all components are always in stock for proceeding to assembly operations.
Proceed with all documentation in due time: shipping documents, homologation, and certificate of conformity..
Inform customers about delivery times and manage priorities through customers contacts ad sales team information.
Make sure policies and processes are correctly handled with the customers and internally.
Organize the workshop efficiently and manage its daily activities in order to finalize all necessary vehicles to be shipped to the customers.
Lead, organize and efficiently manage the small team to insure costs efficiency, good resources allocation and customer satisfaction.
Manage priorities, react to short term requests, reallocate resources when needed, take appropriate decisions to solve potential issues.
Report on regular basis to management based on defined KPI’s and agreed objectives.
Communicate clearly and efficiently internally with other departments and externally with customers.
Completed MBO or Bachelor
Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in automotive sector or aftermarket department.
English mandatory, Dutch preferred.
Be entrepreneurial, passionate and result oriented.
Experience with ERP system, Exact Online preferred.
Structured, organized and able to set up easily priorities and to take decisions.
Be proactive, able to anticipate potential issues and to quickly find solutions.
Committed, taking Initiative and capable to solve problems easily.
Communicative, team worker and able to manage customers expectations or complaints.
