For a multinational company in the life science industry we are looking for a native German Customer Service and Order Management Representative.
Our clients is a well known player in the life science industry and they developed a number of ultrasound devices that help speed up the bone healing process without having to undergo surgery. Furthermore they have an injection therapy for osteoarthritis. Our client is originating from the US and their EMEA headquarters are based in Hoofddorp, in the vicinity of Amsterdam.
As a customer service and order management representative you are the linking pin between B2T and B2C clients and our client. You will be serving the German, Austrian and Swiss market and handle very diverse requests with regards to receiving orders, handling customer inquiries and handling complaints over the phone. You will be a true relationship manager and you have to be able to liaise between the different stakeholders.
You will be interacting with your accounts via mail or phone, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. You regularly check up on inventory availability and the shipment statuses, you verify customer pricing and prepare and process customer return goods for credit and/or replacement. You have regular interaction with the sales representatives based in the DACH region and support their sales activities. If needed you are able to escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources and file records of customers interactions and transactions.
We offer you a competitive salary of €2500- €2800 based on 40 hours a week and your experience. Next to this, we offer 8% holiday pay and a fun environment to work with. The first (half) year you would be working on a Randstad employment base, however, it is the intention that you will get a contract from our client in due time.
You are a good candidate if:
- You speak German on a native level
- You have a bachelor degree
- You have at least 1-2 year experience of recent customer service experience
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- You are fulltime available
- Experience in the life science industry is a plus
