French Customer Service and Administration Representative
Our client is a fast paced international company within the insurance field who is looking for a French Customer Service Representative who speaks a third language next to English and French.
We offer a salary indication between € 1900,00 -2200,00 gross per month and one month salary bonus per year. You will receive a direct contract with our client for 38 hours per week and 28 holidays.
In this role you will be the first point of contact and you will provide a complete service to customers.
-Maintaining daily contact and answering telephone calls -1st line- to customers, dealers and intermediairies.
-Processing policies, system support, requests, cancellations and archives documents.
-Processing all administration regarding claim handling.
-Keeping up-to-date with company's product knowledge. Supporting actions in relation to introduction of new programs and initiatives.
- Please note that the administrative part in this role is larger than the daily contact with clients
-1-3 years of customer service work experience
-Strong administration skills
- Native French with very fluent English as well as a third language, Dutch is a big plus.
-Affinity with MS office
-As a personality you interact and cooperate easily with your colleagues, you have excellent communication and administration skills. You maintain effective skills by undertaking a variety of tasks ranging from call taking, policy administration, system support and claims assessing. You are flexible and used to work with accuracy in a fast paced environment.
