The Bid Management Team is responsible for client / prospect requests (RFX) from the moment the request comes in until the moment it is finished. We are supporting the next steps in the sales process as well: creating presentations for meetings and site visits, organizing site visits (and sometimes joining them), and supporting contracting and negotiation. You'll be responsible for handling client request from start till the end, and you'll create high quality proposals for internationally renowned brands, with often challenging deadlines.
You thrive in an international and dynamic environment, where you are coordinating with colleagues from many different countries and cultures. The Bid Management Support function is part of the Bid Management Team within in the CRM International Sales Team and works in close cooperation with the Head of Global Bid Management, the other Bid Team members, Sales Directors, Staff departments, Solution Designers, and Sales Managers of 24 CRM countries.

*Multiple years' experience in CRM/Customer Care, ideally in a BPO environment
