French Customer Service Representative (E-commerce)
Our client is an A-brand in outdoor fashion that believes in fair and sustainable business practices. What our client offers:
You will be offered a 7-months contract directly with the company. Starting with a salary of €2300 gross a month. You will be working in a dynamic environment, where personal growth is valued.
As Customer Service representative you are part of an international team that is responsible for the complete order to cash process. Your main tasks are:
-Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (customers, retailers, agents)
-Take care of accurate order entry and facilitate the returns process
-Monitor delivery (problems) and act timely if problems might arise
-Liaise with accounting with regards to refunds and returns, outstanding payments
-Answer customer questions regarding the functionality of the products
-You are a native French speaker
-You have previous experience in a customer-related role
-You are passionate about outdoor sports and/or truly believe in the importance of acting sustainably
-You are a proactive person with a positive outlook on challenges
-You have a strong work ethic and are a trustworthy and supportive colleague
