Customer service representative native Danish
We are looking for full- and parttime Customer Care Representatives.
As a customer care representative you are in direct contact with clients and customers. As an engaged representative your main task is to answer questions coming in through various communication channels like phone, email and chat. The main focus will be answering phone calls to provide and search for information in our systems or manuals.
Aside from working in a dynamic industry, you will also be working with a lot of other international colleagues.

You are empathic, service minded and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the expectations of the customer. You have a professional secondary education level (MBO) of work and perception. Preferably you have experience in working at a call center and/or in a travel related industry.
- You speak and write Danish on a native level
- You are fluent in English
- You have a service minded nature and enjoy helping others
- You are available to work full-time, part-time is negotiable
- Experience in customer service or tourism is a hard criteria
- Experience with Amadeus is a big plus
