French + Dutch Webcare agent

For one of our clients we are looking for webcare agents that have strong affinity with social media and linguistics and strong customer orientation to join our engagement team. Do you speak French and Dutch on a native (near-native) level? Then we might be looking for you!
The webcare team will communicate directly with our clients customers on social media channels such as Twitter and Facebook. Our communication is to-the-point and transparent. In this role you will:
- monitor all expressions about our client
- reactively, as well as proactively, respond to our customers to help them solve a broad range of questions
- pro-actively share knowledge with our client
- improve the consumer experience on all the social media channels our client is active on
- be striving for 100% customer satisfaction
- be responsible to maintain and improve the online reputation of our client
- Bilingual French & Dutch speaker and preferably with knowledge of the French market
- You have a Bachelor degree (or higher)
- You are empathic and customer oriented and you have the skills to translate this into writing.
- You think `out of the box' to apply new ideas and/or respond to customers
- Experience with social media and usage of multiple platforms like Twitter and Facebook
- Experience with MS Office and CRM systems
- You are available during weekends and evenings
- Salary: €13,26 p/h
- 12-24 hours
