We're looking for a customer service representative who is going to work for one of the world's leading beauty companies!

Mission of the company:
Providing optimal service to customers; controlling the orderflow in a cost-efficient way; optimizing the supply chain in cooperation with our customers.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Create customer orders and credit notes in SAP.
- Check and control the orderflow, focusing on quantities, cost efficiency and service to the customer. You'll be responsible for order processing, having contact with the distribution center, sales- and transport department.
- Create an overview of the transportation of orders.
- Answer and provide a follow-up on customer telephone calls.
- Maintain intensive and effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts, customers, and third parties.
- Develop plans to improve KPI's both at the customer side and the company's
- Keeping SAP up to date according to the global environment; with a focus on customer master data, new international requirements and projects.
- Check missed sales and on time shipments; make analysis and reports and look for opportunities to improve these KPI's.
- Support Key Account Managers by providing/focusing on the following: follow up marketing and folder plans, creation product fiches, contact with buyers assistants, follow up orders new products

Skills and abilities needed in this position:
- Good interpersonal skills, service oriented, affinity with beauty category
- Fully fluent in Dutch; working proficiency of English language is also highly important
- Bachelor degree
- Good control of Office software (Excel!); SAP experience is a bonus.
- Soft skills: ability to deal with customer needs and behaviors, results oriented and pragmatic, start-up mentality, excellence in execution, stress-resilience and ability to work independently
