Financieel Administratief Medewerker
For Janssen Biologics in Leiden, part of Johnson & Johnson, we are currently looking for a Data Entry Administrator (Financieel Administratief Medewerker). The start date is as soon as possible. This is an assigment for approximately four months, but an extension is possible.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
-Accurately process and reconcile bankstatements on a timely manner;
-Accurately process and reconcile inhouse bank & cash pool accounts on a timely matter
-Monitor the GR/IR ( Goods Received / Invoice Received) accounts for both Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V. and Janssen Biologics B.V. Follow up items ( indetified issues) with Purchase Requisitionors and the Accounts Payable department of the Shared Service Centre
-Prepayment & accrual accounting (trace, record & post)
-Prepares manual/ batch payments.
-Prepares the weekly cash flow forecast
-Maintain and reconcile the bank account transfers intermediary account. Take the necessary actions that all the direct debits; incoming payments without specification etc. can be allocated in a timely matter.
-Process invoices of gXP materials for the time being as we will implement a new system for this Procure to Pay flow with due date July 2017 ( this P2P flow has a low amount of invoices involved)

-Support Month-end closing process
-Back-up for the team members
-Keep the procedures and their manuals up-to-date
-Record retention process
Qualifications, Education, Skills & Experience:
-MBO level 4 (minimal of 4 years work experience) OR Bachelor (minimal of 2 years work experience)
-Experience with the monitoring of GR/IR accounts in previous roles is required
-Affinity with financial data and automated systems SAP/Excell
-Knowledge of the Dutch and English language in verbal and written
