Account Manager New Business France (Medior) (based in Amsterdam)

As an account manager you will be responsible for the sale of software licences and consultancy hours in the French market, with the aim of gaining as many new clients as possible and generating turnover for Effacts:

-Market/verticals research
-Telephone acquisition + follow-up on leads
-Giving presentations (mainly online) in French or English
-Drawing up and negotiating quotes
-Processing all activities and communications in the CRM + internal communications/ transfer of new customers to the Relationship Manager and the consultants
-Contributing to strategic thinking about the product and internal processes
-Participating in events/fairs

Result areas accountmanager:

-Stays up-to-date with the most recent relevant propositions developed within the BU
-Actively approaches the market by means of telephone acquisition based on market/verticals research and structured follow-up
-In the event of policy changes (e.g. pricing/discount policy), tailors deals in consultation with the responsible manager before closing deals definitively with the client

Your profile:
Education:
A higher vocational / academic level of thinking and working. Studies in Marketing, Comme-ial Economics, Business Administration, or related areas

Knowledge and experience:
-Appr. 3 years of commercial work experience in sales or accountmanagement (business-to-business)
-Experience of the software trade is desirable
-Experience with working on commission
-Affinity with Legal Tech
-Knowledge of the French legal software market is preferred
