For our international client Patagonia we are looking for a Team Leader Customer Service in Amsterdam (full time).

Build the best product, cause no unnecessary harm, use business to inspire and implement solutions to the environmental crisis. Your role will contribute to this by leading and managing the customer service Dealer Service team for Europe.
Dealer Services CS Team Leader is responsible for acting as departmental lead for the EU countries Dealer Service teams. Responsible for efficiently and pro-actively executing the European business plans by driving on time and accurate wholesale deliveries and providing world-class customer sales and service.
Manage, develop and lead local Dealer Service Representatives in driving consistency in processes and procedures and function as operational lead and escalation level for them. Provide detailed analysis and reports on Pre-season, In-season and Distressed Merchandising orders and drive the actions plan together with the Operations Manager and
Sales Director.

Key accountabilities:
· Act as Team Lead for the Dealer Service Representatives in the countries to ensure on time and accurate deliveries.
· Oversee all orders and work with Dealer Service team to ensure orders ship per customer expectation.
· Plan and execute seasonal activities toward meeting of set targets and on time delivery (setup and manage the
Operations Calendar, coordinate with internal departments, and communicate to countries).
· Responsible for preparing the weekly Wholesale Operations Dashboard and driving actionable task towards in full targets (shipping report, S&OP)
· Drive consistency in processes and procedures in close collaboration with the Dealer Service Representatives in all aspects of the Sales Operations to ensure effectiveness of service
· Be process expect and drive improvements in order to achieve efficiencies and savings; document process, procedures, and training materials.
· Drive and setup standard reporting to support the Wholesale organization.
· Support local Dealer Service Representatives with all sales operational issues and function as escalation level for them.
· Ensure sales operational issues are communicated to relevant persons and follow up on resolution.
· Support the selection and allocation process to ensure correct order management.
English writing and speaking is necessary for this job.
