Area Sales Manager CEE (either Russian/Ukrainian/Polish with English)
Our client is one of the leading international players among ICT industry and it is located in Utrecht. Currently they are looking for a Sales Area Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. Do you speak Polish or any other CEE related language and do you have a vast experience in an operational, international B2B commercial environment with proven track record of successful achievements? From this position, you will be responsible for visualizing the targets and optimizing the financial result regarding turnover, sales volumes and margin. You will carry responsibility for the execution of the sales plan in your area and for promoting and selling the companies projects services in the designated countries. In this role, you will be highly involved in maintaining the relationships with existing clients as well as identifying new business opportunities in order to meet the budgeted sales volumes and gross profit targets. The latter will be achieved by making use of the resources found in the global support network. As your office will be located in the Netherlands, you will have to travel to the countries of your area. As an Area Manager you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
-Proposal of annual sales budget, sales plan and account plans
-Shaping and execution of sales in the area of responsibility according to the agreed Strategic Plans, Business Plans, Budget and boundaries by the senior management
-Ensure that activities are carried out in line with the governance rules and processes
-Optimization of the short and long term turnover sales/distribution costs and margin in a sustainable manner
-Monitor and report on relevant market developments: market size, (potential) customers, applications, legislation, competition, sales-channels
-Sales management including client acquisition, relationship & contract management, implementation of pricing strategy, business development & customer related business intelligence
-Ensure efficient and smooth cooperation in the global sales team as well as with other disciplines in the organization like accreditation, customer service center, information management, marketing and finance
-Compilation and analysis of sales figures
-Participation in IT Service Management networks and international sales and marketing activities
-Minimum educational level: HBO
-Fluency in Polish or other CEE related language and in English. Dutch is a plus
-Knowledge and understanding of ICT industry
-Ability to prepare, present and evaluate business proposals to senior management externally and internally
-Excellent account and sales management skills
-Customer oriented and entrepreneurial mentality
-Experience in a multi-disciplinary and flexible working environment
-Keen eye on detail, quality oriented, excellent communication and organizing skills
What do we offer? The salary indication is around €4500 per month.
