For Philips Eindhoven we have a temporary Mangement Assistent role for at least 3 months. Depending on your performance and the developement at the department the assignment can be extended for a longer period.

The Management Assistant is experienced in all standard secretarial tasks. You work in a very large and complex organisation where substantial interests are at stake, the effects of which affect the entire Philips company or a large proportion of it. Therefore, the job at any level demands knowledge, experience and understanding of the organization, the often conflicting interests at play and the many business processes and disciplines that are managed by the Manager. In addition, in this category of jobs the Executive Assistant has to make decisions without consulting others and is held responsible for these decisions afterwards. In view of the conflicting interests, the nature of the contacts is very critical. A further aspect is the need to be able to think ahead and to take action in such a way as to enable decision-making processes and priorities, for example, to be controlled more effectively by the Executive. Reports to an Executive.

In this role:
You will be the Management Assistant to the Health Systems Leader and the two Dutch District
Managers.  The environment is dynamic and sales & service driven with daily customer contact.
You are responsible for:
The Management Assistant performs entirely independently the full range of secretarial tasks,
which involves a very high level of responsibility.
-Complex agenda management for manager and meetings for the team
-Daily contact with external customers
-Coordination & organization of meetings, yearly planning etc.
-Plan & organize and make reservations for (international) travel & claim travel expenses
-Provide support to ensure effective on- and off-boarding of employees
-General tasks e.g.:  order management of office supplies, receiving customers etc.
-Purchasing tool, Salesforce.com and all other approval flows in applications

You are a part of:
Philips Health Systems Benelux is a sales and service organization with roughly 430 employees.
The Benelux organization is divided in 3 geographical districts which are each responsible for all
sales and services activities of the total Philips Health Systems portfolio in their respective
District. You will be part of a team of 4 Management Assistants and report directly to the Health
Systems Leader. Your work location is based in Eindhoven.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
-Preferably a bachelor degree  and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant
-Experience with Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word en Excel)
-Ability to cope with stress and ad hoc situations within a dynamic environment
-Independent worker and able to take ownership
-Energetic, commercial driven and assertive personality
-High level of accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness
-Ability to work in an organization of managerial scope and complexity, for multiple managers,
working with various cultures.
-Possess leadership and excellent communication skills for daily interaction with employees,
management and customers
-Excellent English and Dutch communication skills both written as verbal 
-Full-time available
