This international company is a leader in the field of Aloe Vera. They are the largest producer, grower and distributor of Aloe Vera in the world. They are seeking out nature’s best sources for health and beauty, to then share them with the world. The products are not for sale in the stores, but exclusively available from independent '' Business Owners '' or via the website. The office located in Baarn (close to Amersfoort and Hilversum) is focusing on marketing, finance and support to both customers and sellers.

The position:
As a Service & Support employee, you are responsible for the first contact with customers.
You can expect your daily tasks to include:
- Answering questions about the products, the status of orders and the company;
- Answering inquiries about marketing products and events;
- Help out the Business Owners with administrative tasks;
- Etc.
In addition, you can give advice on improving processes and you help the Business Owners focus on the further expansion of their business.

The offer:
We offer a first contract via Randstad with a salary between 2400€ and 3000€ gross per month, based on full-time and depending on experience. Travel expenses are reimbursed according to the company’s policy. Possibility to work 32hrs/week. Great location, near the Baarn train station (short 45min train ride from Amsterdam and 30min from Utrecht), in a quaint town and a beautiful building. This international company offers an informal, inspiring and open work atmosphere. Team outings, drinks and barbecues are often organized.

The requirements:
- (Near-)native level of Dutch and good level of French, both in oral and written;
- At least 1 year experience working in a similar customer service position;
- You have experience working with CRM systems and learn quickly new processes;
- You have good communication skills and enjoying daily contact with customers.
- You live in the vicinities of Amsterdam, Weesp, Almere, Amersfoort, Hilversum or Utrecht.
